Screen printing is a printing process using a mesh to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil.The capillary action of pumping the ink through the mesh openings yields the stencil image on the part.

rubber_stamping_white Ink Marking / Rubber Stamping / Ink Stamping

Ink Marking is the process of a custom-made rubber stamp dipping into ink and then stamping onto a part. In many cases, we will apply a clear polyurethane coating to the mark to ensure the ink mark's permanency.

Digital printing is a much newer process that involves your artwork being processed by a computer, and then printed directly onto the surface of your product

design artwork Design and Artwork Services

OUR in-house designers produce CAD artwork, which is used to develop the film, produce screens, and manufacture the holding fixtures required for delivering a quality finished screened part.

Our engineers create the files needed based on customer’s fully dimensioned drawing or to save on NRE charges, customers can supply the artwork file in .dxf, .dwg, .eps, .ai, and .cdr file formats
